Print of a kererū from my splashy kiwiana watercolour series.
This cheeky kererū often perches in a tree between my parent’s house and their orchard keeping watch. When they are pre-occupied it will fly into the orchard and pull off all the buds and flowers, throwing them on the ground like party confetti, much to mum and dad’s dismay. He has also flown into their window and left a rather impressive, highly detailed, dusty imprint behind. Luckily he was unhurt by the incident, as he is a well-loved, treasured rogue in their garden.

Paper size – A4 (21cm x 29.7) with approximately 1.5cm border around the edge.
