Shipping Policy
We will do our best to ship within a week of receiving your order. As we live in a rural location it makes more sense for us to ship on selected days to help keep shipping costs down.
If you order seems late please do not hesitate to contact us. We have set standard rates for North Island deliveries and South Island deliveries. If you purchase multi items it will help to spread your shipping costs across your combined order.
Refund Policy
If you would like a refund on a purchase we ask you to return the item to us within 5 working days of purchase. We will do our best to process your refund in a timely fashion. We will not refund shipping costs either for delivery or return. This will be at the buyers expense.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of placing the order.
