Picked from the Darjeeling plantations of northern India, this special blend of organic jasmine tea offers an exquisite hot drink with a heavenly taste. 

A cup of organic jasmine green tea is said to help with reducing stress, supporting hormones and helping your body to release toxins. As a powerful antioxidant, green tea can also aid weight loss. 

Certified Organic ingredients

Jazz Organic Jasmine Green Tea is made from a fusion of green Darjeeling tea leaves with jasmine oil. Both ingredients are Certified Organic.

Shipping and delivery

After making a purchase online, our team will process and ship your order within two working days so you can enjoy your tea as soon as possible. Read on to find out more about our shipping policy and our transparent delivery prices.


Delivery prices

Our delivery prices vary depending on your location and how much you order. These prices are calculated automatically when placing an order.

Within New Zealand

  • North Island (except rural) – $6.00
  • South Island and all NZ rural locations – $9.00
  • Orders over $99 within NZ – Free Shipping*

*Please note: free shipping is not available on wholesale accounts due to the discounts already applied.

International orders

Shipping prices for international orders outside of New Zealand are variable, depending on your location. Please email us at orders@charitytea.co.nz for a quote on how much delivery will cost.

Please note: we are not responsible for any duty, import, taxes or customs charges you may incur from an international order.


Estimated timeframes

Once we receive your order, we will process it ready for shipping within two working days.

We use a courier for shipping and the approximate delivery timeframes are:

  • Auckland – 1 to 2 working days
  • North Island (outside of Auckland) – 2 to 3 working days
  • South Island – 3 to 5 working days
  • Australia – 7 working days
  • Other international – up to 14 working days

All deliveries are tracked.


Shipping policy

If you have not received your order within five working days of the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate further.

Unfortunately we’re unable to process claims for non-delivery after 30 days from the date of order.

Refund Policy

Returns and exhanges

If your purchase is not quite what you expected, you can send it back – unopened – within one week of receiving your order. Either exchange it for another item or we can provide a refund.

Please send items for an exchange or refund to: Charity Tea, 26 Waldorf Crescent, Orewa, Auckland 0931, New Zealand.

You will need to cover the cost of returning unwanted items to us. But we will cover the cost of sending you a replacement, if you require one.
