Shipping Policy
Due to limited health and having emigrated to England, where shipping costs to largely NZ based customers would be prohibitively expensive, I am only making digital downloads of my photographs available at this stage. There is no shipping charge for digital downloads.
Refund Policy
As digital downloads can be easily reproduced, I do not offer refunds. Please assess the quality of each image to ensure that it is fit for purpose, and feel free to ask any questions prior to purchase to avoid any issues. If for some reason your download does not activate after purchase, please reach out to me and I will rectify the problem.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
As downloads are immediate upon receipt of payment, I do not have the capacity to cancel or exchange your order. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
